Rani Pink Love and Gifting are a sought-after studio for customised trousseau and wedding services, and celebration gifts. In 2021, I was commissioned to create a new Devanagari logotype that evoked Old Delhi, sign-painting and lettering from years past.

To create a recognisable visual identity, we agreed on tall, narrow and light letters with small vowel signs and distinctive details, such as the eight-point star in place of the anusvāra. Ideas for a complementary Latin logotype were also explored.

In addition, I lettered a suite of Hindi words and phrases, expected to be used in an upcoming campaign, in the same style as the proposed wordmark.
