What locations do we ship to?
We ship to all locations in India that are serviced by Speed Post. At this point, we can only ship to locations inside India. We are terribly sorry to our international customers and hope to ship world-wide soon.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We will ship all orders within 10-12 working days.
Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?
The listed price of the products is inclusive of all charges and taxes.
What if I receive a damaged product?
We personally package and ship the products to ensure quality at the time of shipping. In case you receive the product in a damaged state, please let us know within 2 business days at matratype@gmail.com.
Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel an order, please let us know right away at matratype@gmail.com. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot entertain any cancellations.
